BSMSA Level 2 Business Administration Diploma Instalments 1-10
This qualification aims to develop the knowledge and skills required to communicate in a business environment. it is ideal for those new to the business environment, wishing to expand their skills and progress into supervisory role. Upon completion of this course, learners will be able to communicate effectively in business both in writing, and verbally. It provides a robust and comprehensive base for working in a management role and/or progressing in to the business sector with the aim to progress your career
This qualification is designed to enhance your existing skills and provide you with the knowledge and confidence to excel in your role and future working career.
It is aimed at people who want to improve their managerial, administrative and supervisory skills. A qualification in Business and Administration can help you succeed in a support role in any size or type of organisation. These roles include:
Secretary
Receptionist
Administrator
Personal assistant
Office supervisor/Team leader
You will develop skills in supervising others and contributing to the wider strategy of your organisation, gaining greater technical, administrative and managerial knowledge in the process. Once complete you will be proficient in areas such as managing information, team supervision and project management.
Requirements
The minimum study required is 2-3 hours per week. It is expected that it will take a maximum of 12-18 months to complete based on this. You can exceed the 2-3 hours minimum study time to what ever suits. The more time you dedicate to study the sooner you will complete the course. The course pace is set by each student and your mentor will work at your pace.
This is a distance learning course and you will not be required to attend a learning centre. You do need to be within an administration role in a work place to complete this course.

Entry Requirements
You will ideally have four GCSEs at grades A*-G (or 9-1). You will also need to be employed within an administration role with the support of your supervisor.

- Developing working Relationships with Colleagues - Level 2
- Monitor Information Systems - Level 3
- Participate in a Project - Level 3
- Provide Administrative Support for Meetings - Level 2.
- Manage Diary Systems - Level 2
Assessment
Course assessment consists of completing online examinations and a portfolio, and passing work-based practical assessments.
